Haul ~Bath and body works, Drugstore Make up

Arising from the insanity of watching youtube lately, I am totally obsessed with drugstore makeup and stuff I wish I had but is probably not very easily attainable in Singapore.

I mean, despite the country being a top at most of everything. Apparently, fashion and makeup does not seems to be one of them and also perhaps the demand wasn't there.

Basically, this like the USA online shopping haul where all my items are being shipped in from USA. Sadly, due to USA export law and regulations, there are also plenty of nice items that cannot be shipped out.

So I got some pocket bac sanitizers holder from Bath and Body works. It's freaking expensive for shipping for this trio as bath and body works uses quite big boxes to ship items. Thus, the volumetric weight for the charges is quite extensive. This package volumetric weight was charged for 2kg even though the trio only weigh 0.5 grams??

The Hello Kitty Sanitizer from Watsons when they use to sell them and it just so fit perfectly into the pocket bac that I have got. Ain't them cute??
This was the hype, the raving by youtubers who post, talk and rave about it. Generally, these are brushes which you can get from a drugstore(USA) and OMG!! The brushes are extremely soft and they cost like less than USD$10 and honestly plus shipping and conversion, it only cost less than SGD$15.

You know, soft brushes are important because the bristles, if they are too hard is bad for your pores and your skin?

I am looking forward to get more of the Real Techniques brushes in the future.

And so you know, Ulta is actually having a buy one and get the other one at 50% off. So its like~how amazing a deal can you get??

The downside is Ulta doesn't ship directly to Singapore, so yea! You need to find your own agent.

But trust me on this one, you will totally be addicted to the softness of the brushes once you own one.
This is similar to Revlon Kissable range. Its like a crayon thingy and the colour payoff is awesome and its looks very natural on the lips. (Will post review if possible). The colour is Ballet Twist.

I almost wanted to get the watermelon twist but I figure the colour may be too bright for my liking but I might get it on the next haul.
One thing about products in USA, they have a variable range of products ranging from haircare, skincare, makeup products that are organic and natural. It means to also say, it contains less harmful products so when used/applied is less harmful to YOU. Yes, you!

This mascara is from Philosophy Formula and another OMG! This baby totally rocks your lashes. It gives you a full falsies look and its really doesn't clumps your lashes. And all it takes is just one coat!

This is like my next favourite mascara other than Maybeline falsies. I also wanted to try the Maybeline Rocket Volume Mascara (waterproof) but unfortunately, its out of stock.

This comes in colour, black and very black. I pick black,
These are the rest of the cosmetics that comes with the rest of the haul and yes some of the items you can actually purchase in singapore like NYX blush, ELF contouring blush, EOS lip balm and Burt's Bee Lip balm. Of cos, its definitely cheaper to ship them since I am already shipping other items anyway. But if you prefer to just buy off the shelves, you can find Burt's Bees lip balm at any sephora stores in singapore.

And for NYX,ELF and EOS lip balms, you can actually purchase them from:
Smoochiezz
They are basically the importers for some of the awesome USA brands.

One of such natural lip balms so as to mention is the EOS lip balm, it natural so some of the harmful ingredients are like not in it. Like petrolatum for example. (petrolatum is in most lip balms products and its bad to be consumed like literally too much which you would if you forget to wipe off before you eat or drink)

The Wet 'N' Wild eyeshadow palette is awesome, it's super pigmented and the colour payoff is also awesome and its only cost USD$2.99. So freaking cheap for a trio.

The maybeline Dream Matte powder ~I think its comes from the same range of the Dream mousse thingy they use to have in Singapore but this is just so much better, the powder is finely milled and it gives a matte feeling throughout the day.

I mean I still need touch up reason being my face is oily at T zones area and after a couple of many hours, the powder (regardless what type) will start to fall off... ( I mean you get the drift) but this dream matte powder just give a natural finish when I first put on after my Laurier Mercier tintied moisturizer on the days I prefer a lighter and more natural makeup.

I have super fair skin so I just bought the lightest shade in 4-5 Light.

They show the swatches of the different colour tone but trust me, it will not be a very accurate measure for powder especially if your skin tone is variant and is very essential on the colour choices. (You get what I mean)
Lastly, I got colgate disposable toothbrushes plus floss or toothpicks or whatever. They are all Colgate wisps and they individually packed so it super convenient to bring them out when you need to clean your teeth after a meal or during travels cos you don't have to rinse your mouth after using it. I wonder why colgate didn't import this to singapore. It's so user-friendly as comparing to bringing a travel brushing kit around. But it's kinda of expensive cos it cost about USD$6.99 for 16 pieces??
So, that the end of my haul and if you have any great drugstore recommendation that I could try, please leave me a comment and so tata~ till the next haul.

Canmake~Hauls

Call me crazy.... But I am totally in love with cosmetics... Actually, I am just a shopaholic, totally going GAGA with almost anything.

I have actually saw this canmake foundation in one of the jap magazine quite some time back and I was like ~Nice case!

Haven't pay a visit to the local drugstore for a long period of time and than.... it was having 20% discount with addtional 5% for members... so it was like 25%?

I mean, if you don't need additional makeup, its really not a big deal!

Haiz, but for a makeup junkie like myself... well, every cents counts.

So here the loots!

Unfortunately, the powder only comes in 2 shades No 1 & 2 so its like either you fit the colour or totally off the colour.

 Shade is in No 1.

It's my candy doll

If you have been checking out the kawaii corner in watsons, you would have notice of this brand, "candy doll". It is from the same line of cosmetics as dolly wink.

Maybe some is not very familiar with candy doll but I am pretty sure most people should know and heard of dolly wink since falsies is in absolute dominant as one of the must have in every girl make up box.

Any judgement is really personal. Considering that I am a big fan of anything that is from japan, I must say I am quite bias in the judgement but I try to be as fair as I could.

Candy doll originates from a japanese model who is also the creator for both candy doll and dolly wink.

It aims to create a dolly and flawless look.

I have quite a big haul on their products but in this post, I will be just reviewing one of their blushes.

I have with me, their blusher in peach pink.

Their candy doll collection is ubber expensive for something that is found in a local drugstore and the quantity it offers versus the price, it is as though you are buying anna sui range of cosmetics.

Its cosmetics is highly rated to conceal redness or imperfections on the face, to somewhat correct it so that you have a face of a dolly.

If I can remember correctly, the blusher cost about SGD$26.90 and its really quite small in size.

The colour is very natural and light so if you have very fair skin, you might not see the colour on naked cheek. Unless, you puff many layers of it.

One layer swatch on my hand.

Right off the pot on my finger.

Another picture of the swatch in my hand.

If you put it on a powdered face, the colour looks kinda fine actually.

Are you a fan of candy doll?

Look forward for my reviews on other candy doll products soon. (I hope) *_^
