Etude House Dear My Blooming Pact

From my past experiences with Etude house, even till present. I realized something, the staff are very helpful but they doesn't seems to know their products that well. I can't say its for all but at least the ones I have met can't provide me answers on my questions. Well, this isn't said to penalized them but rather to highlight that you may wanna read up on their products reviews before proceeding down to purchase.
