Haul ~Bath and body works, Drugstore Make up

Arising from the insanity of watching youtube lately, I am totally obsessed with drugstore makeup and stuff I wish I had but is probably not very easily attainable in Singapore.

I mean, despite the country being a top at most of everything. Apparently, fashion and makeup does not seems to be one of them and also perhaps the demand wasn't there.

Basically, this like the USA online shopping haul where all my items are being shipped in from USA. Sadly, due to USA export law and regulations, there are also plenty of nice items that cannot be shipped out.

So I got some pocket bac sanitizers holder from Bath and Body works. It's freaking expensive for shipping for this trio as bath and body works uses quite big boxes to ship items. Thus, the volumetric weight for the charges is quite extensive. This package volumetric weight was charged for 2kg even though the trio only weigh 0.5 grams??

The Hello Kitty Sanitizer from Watsons when they use to sell them and it just so fit perfectly into the pocket bac that I have got. Ain't them cute??
This was the hype, the raving by youtubers who post, talk and rave about it. Generally, these are brushes which you can get from a drugstore(USA) and OMG!! The brushes are extremely soft and they cost like less than USD$10 and honestly plus shipping and conversion, it only cost less than SGD$15.

You know, soft brushes are important because the bristles, if they are too hard is bad for your pores and your skin?

I am looking forward to get more of the Real Techniques brushes in the future.

And so you know, Ulta is actually having a buy one and get the other one at 50% off. So its like~how amazing a deal can you get??

The downside is Ulta doesn't ship directly to Singapore, so yea! You need to find your own agent.

But trust me on this one, you will totally be addicted to the softness of the brushes once you own one.
This is similar to Revlon Kissable range. Its like a crayon thingy and the colour payoff is awesome and its looks very natural on the lips. (Will post review if possible). The colour is Ballet Twist.

I almost wanted to get the watermelon twist but I figure the colour may be too bright for my liking but I might get it on the next haul.
One thing about products in USA, they have a variable range of products ranging from haircare, skincare, makeup products that are organic and natural. It means to also say, it contains less harmful products so when used/applied is less harmful to YOU. Yes, you!

This mascara is from Philosophy Formula and another OMG! This baby totally rocks your lashes. It gives you a full falsies look and its really doesn't clumps your lashes. And all it takes is just one coat!

This is like my next favourite mascara other than Maybeline falsies. I also wanted to try the Maybeline Rocket Volume Mascara (waterproof) but unfortunately, its out of stock.

This comes in colour, black and very black. I pick black,
These are the rest of the cosmetics that comes with the rest of the haul and yes some of the items you can actually purchase in singapore like NYX blush, ELF contouring blush, EOS lip balm and Burt's Bee Lip balm. Of cos, its definitely cheaper to ship them since I am already shipping other items anyway. But if you prefer to just buy off the shelves, you can find Burt's Bees lip balm at any sephora stores in singapore.

And for NYX,ELF and EOS lip balms, you can actually purchase them from:
Smoochiezz
They are basically the importers for some of the awesome USA brands.

One of such natural lip balms so as to mention is the EOS lip balm, it natural so some of the harmful ingredients are like not in it. Like petrolatum for example. (petrolatum is in most lip balms products and its bad to be consumed like literally too much which you would if you forget to wipe off before you eat or drink)

The Wet 'N' Wild eyeshadow palette is awesome, it's super pigmented and the colour payoff is also awesome and its only cost USD$2.99. So freaking cheap for a trio.

The maybeline Dream Matte powder ~I think its comes from the same range of the Dream mousse thingy they use to have in Singapore but this is just so much better, the powder is finely milled and it gives a matte feeling throughout the day.

I mean I still need touch up reason being my face is oily at T zones area and after a couple of many hours, the powder (regardless what type) will start to fall off... ( I mean you get the drift) but this dream matte powder just give a natural finish when I first put on after my Laurier Mercier tintied moisturizer on the days I prefer a lighter and more natural makeup.

I have super fair skin so I just bought the lightest shade in 4-5 Light.

They show the swatches of the different colour tone but trust me, it will not be a very accurate measure for powder especially if your skin tone is variant and is very essential on the colour choices. (You get what I mean)
Lastly, I got colgate disposable toothbrushes plus floss or toothpicks or whatever. They are all Colgate wisps and they individually packed so it super convenient to bring them out when you need to clean your teeth after a meal or during travels cos you don't have to rinse your mouth after using it. I wonder why colgate didn't import this to singapore. It's so user-friendly as comparing to bringing a travel brushing kit around. But it's kinda of expensive cos it cost about USD$6.99 for 16 pieces??
So, that the end of my haul and if you have any great drugstore recommendation that I could try, please leave me a comment and so tata~ till the next haul.

It's a short post. It is more of picture showing.

So, enjoy!!

Do let me know if you know where sells awesome hello kitty stuff.

Haul: Michael Kors, MICHAEL Michael Kors Hamilton Satchel

For the past couple of weeks, I have been you-tubing very often on "Whats in my purse/bag?"video tags and for some reason, Michael Kors Hamilton tote pops out quite often. #justcuriouswhatothergirlskeepintheirbag.

I never use to be a fan of michael kors design. To be honest,I only came to know of it after I heard a friend mention about their watches.

Initially, it begin with a ~ok, so that what is in those pretty girl's purses. Than, it goes like ~the bag is not bad and I should probably check it out.

Apparently, Michael Kors stuff are more of an american luxury brand and thankfully, after Orchard Scotts Shopping Centre was out, they had an outlet there where I could visit.

As an owner of many bags, it just like my bad habit kicking in that I have to go take a look.

There was really nothing particularly fancy about the bag. It just another tote bag with a little of the "Hermes"look in its own unique design.

Most of the girls who post about the bag are from the UK or the states, so it really makes me wonder if the designs they have there, would they have the same kind of stock over here.

So, I went to google on it. (Had to read reviews first, their bags ain't cheap)

If you are interested, you can always find it at Michael Kor's Webbie.

Click on Hamilton and it should bring to their series of Hamilton bags with different sizes and variation.

Most of the people seems to prefer the MICHAEL Michael Kors Large Hamilton Saffiano Tote which looks like the bag below.

I think it is awesome too but I find it rather too big for my liking. It's more of tall rather than big and unless you have tons of stuff to put in it, the top of the bag will be saggy. (Unless you build up the base with some stuffing.)

So I decided to get the one below instead.

(Image is from Michael Kors website)

I am always a sucker for black and gold combination. The bigger one above comes in rose gold hardware but for the satchel (as so they call it), only comes in the gold hardware for the black.

So I haven't mention the price? The big one is about SGD$600 plus and the satchel is SGD$569. Their webbie prices are $348/$298 respectively. It's not really too much of difference in terms of pricing between the sizes if you can tell.

The sales girl there, though, seems kinda of blur. As in, they are like half listening, half understanding. So, it best to do some research before popping there. Because when I ask her what colour there is for the satchel design, she says only white and black but if you see their website, it comes in brown/tan. As such, I am not sure because Singapore does not carry it, it was out of stock or whatever the other reason was. Their service, however, was not bad. They try to give opinion and offer to help which is like a thumbs up bonus.

For those interested, here is the shop address and contact number:

Ob for Shu Uemura

Saw this on Urban newspaper and I was like,"OMG! I am so going to get this!"

It was that crazy that I immediately google for their counter numbers to make enquiries and place a reservation. Taking about being Kiasu!

So there is these promotion if you use their mousse + Lipstick + eyeshadow/blusher case = one free blusher!

The free blusher only has 2 choices - pink or coral tone.

I previously owns one of their pink tones so I decided to get the coral tone for now.

Mad cute, isn't it? I kinda like bought 2!!

 Slide and unlock!!

Lipstick colour in "Princess Coral". (Lipstick comes in 3 colours.)

I am not too sure about other places but it has launch in Shu Uemura ION, hurry down and grab some cos limited editions stuff are while stock last. Enjoy!

Stationary Haul

Have I ever mentioned how obsessed I was with Stationary? Like I am off school and I will not be needing a teeny weeny bit of stationary but I just simply cannot resists hoping into a stationary shop and check out new items.

So wala! Check out my hauls...

I believe this was out quite some time back as I saw it on my friend's post. I don't really need like 4 but I couldn't decide which to choose so I decided to just grab whatever possible. But personally, I like daisy the most. Seriously, it's not as easy to find daisy and donald's stuff as compared to Mickey and Minnie.

Fun Decorative Tape at SGD$2.90. It has other san-x characters too! I just prefer the cat.
Saw this cross pen at Times Bookstore one of the days and I was like awesome, awesome!! This is originally a rollerball; selectip series, the ink re-fills is in Jumbo size. As cross pens are not very commonly sought for in Singapore as compared to Parker pens, etc. It was really hard to find the re-fills in jumbo ball pen.

The roller ink that comes with it has awfully thick ink lines (like fountain pens) and I hate it.

Thankfully, one of the NBC outlets carry the cross pens and manage to help me order from their suppliers. Else I will probably like go EMO over one silly pen.

It is not not really functional for excessive writing cos your fingers will get tired due to the jumbo size. But well, its pink, I am a sucker for pink. So said the story....

Items are from ANBC.
